One of the reasons for our competitive prices is the reasons we don't have to pay for expensive showrooms. As we do understand that buying a sofa is not an easy decisions, we have foreseen 1 viewpoint per model:

At the moment, our product range is only available in Belgium and Singapore.

As our atelier will only start working on your sofa once we have received your order, it will take roughly 10-12 weeks for the sofa to reach your home.

To be able to give you the best value for money, we decided to deliver our sofas directly from the factory, reducing the costs of any middlemen or expensive showrooms.

Fair question. Instead of paying for a showroom, we invest our money in:

1. Premium materials: we don't rely on 100% polyester unlike many brands, but work with natural fibers like wool, cotton and linen for elevated style and comfort.

2. We are also one of the only sofa brands that incorporate a substantial amount of high quality wood or leather in our sofas, instead of designs that only have fabric or little wooden or leather details.

3. Multiple Layered Cushions: instead of using just foam, we incorporate goosedown feathers and memory foam for an optimised seating comfort.

As we stand behind the quality of our sofas and are convinced they won't disappoint, we offer a 30 day return policy and provide a 5 year guarantee post purchase so that our sofas only end up in happy homes.

Our fabrics are composed of a combination of natural and synthetic fibers. Natural fibers (linen, cotton) are delicate and need to be handled with care. We have therefore foreseen a small percentage of polyester in our fabrics as well, so that stains can be removed more easily.

Daily and weekly maintenance:

• Vacuum Regularly – Use a soft brush attachment to remove dust and dirt. Vacuum at least once a week.
• Rotate & Fluff Cushions – Helps prevent uneven wear and maintains the fabric's shape.

Spot cleaning (for stains)

1. Blot, Don’t Rub – Use a clean, dry cloth to soak up spills immediately. Rubbing can push the stain deeper into the fabric.
2. Use a Mild Cleaner – Mix warm water with a small amount of mild detergent. Dab gently with a microfiber cloth.
3. For Grease Stains – Sprinkle baking soda on the stain, let it sit for 10-15 minutes, then vacuum it up.
4. For Tough Stains – Use a diluted rubbing alcohol or vinegar solution (test on an unseen area first).

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase and you can therefore return your sofa within 30 days.

Unless there was an error from our side, the original shipping costs are non-refundable and the return process and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
